- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $50M+ ARR
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on future-tech applications
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and VC funding
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
