Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-negative data centers
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia (MIT, Stanford) and emerging tech startups
- Present technology visions to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab across 3 time zones
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ filings annually in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and blockchain integration
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technology adoption
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year tech predictions
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping concepts
