Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
