Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-5 year vision
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neuro-interfaces)
- Drive innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive board
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/systems
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leader in tech innovation journals/conferences
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
