Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation across R&D projects with 5+ year horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk modeling for 5-10 year horizons
- Track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
