Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation centers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and implementation strategies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory factors affecting technology deployment in global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of technology strategy experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience developing innovation frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CEIM) highly valued
