Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps with focus on 2026 capabilities
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, advanced AI)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee prototype development and feasibility studies for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
