In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between today’s emerging innovations and the technological landscape of tomorrow. You will be responsible for identifying disruptive trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business, and crafting the roadmap that will define our success in 2026 and beyond.
As a key member of our Executive Strategy Team, you will work closely with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and product managers to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to outline our technology milestones for the year 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced AR/VR, to predict future market shifts.
- Innovation Strategy: Develop and maintain a portfolio of innovation projects, prioritizing those with the highest potential ROI and strategic value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to translate high-level strategic vision into executable technical plans.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology strategies and industry standards to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate potential technology partners and acquisition targets to expand our technological ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting. Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies. Strong background in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with technology forecasting models. Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and their business impact.
