Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on emerging technologies to identify disruptive trends relevant to the 2026 business landscape.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for FY2026, aligning technical capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to evaluate feasibility and ROI of future tech investments.
- Scenario planning: Build and model various future scenarios to prepare the organization for technological shifts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of new technologies to ensure compliance and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team leadership and change management.
