Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-digital interfaces) to assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs for futuristic concepts, testing viability before full-scale implementation.
- Risk Management: Anticipate future technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to protect our market position.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic visions to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and developing actionable roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons.
- Tech Savvy: Deep knowledge of current and upcoming technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and advanced web architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
