- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, CFS) preferred
