Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for business continuity and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership through data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Design and implement organizational foresight methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences in Fortune 500 environments
