Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with emerging societal needs
- Author executive briefings and trend reports that drive organizational decision-making

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
