Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce scenario analyses for socio-technological tipping points (2026-2030)
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects
- Author white papers influencing global policy discussions on AI ethics
- Represent the company at World Economic Forum and Davos events
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published research on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a significant advantage
