Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, market expansion strategies, and organizational resilience planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for enterprise adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi methods, STEEP analysis)
