Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable 2026 strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario models for emerging technologies and their potential industry impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Produce forward-looking strategic documents and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Monitor emerging regulations and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience working with executive leadership in Fortune 500 environments
