Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future market realities
- Produce forward-looking reports and strategic recommendations for product development and market entry
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Monitor and quantify emerging risks and opportunities using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present strategic insights at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
