Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, societal, and economic domains to identify disruptive forces pre-2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing anticipated market shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
