Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal patterns to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation adoption and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Proven track record influencing C-level strategy in tech or biotech
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and foresight methodologies
