- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or Innovation Management
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
