Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future-focused initiatives
- Present compelling scenarios and recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with technological disruption and market evolution
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
