Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead client innovation workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Author forward-looking white papers and policy briefs for government and industry stakeholders
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio with focus on ethical AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists across three innovation hubs
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Global Innovation Summits
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on longitudinal future studies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading Fortune 500 digital transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (HorizonScan, Delphi Method, AI trend analysis)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of implemented future scenarios with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF) or Innovation Management
