Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling

- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
