Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation for night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for system enhancements
- Develop data-driven insights and performance metrics to optimize night shift workflows
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership review
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night shift hours (7 PM - 7 AM MST)
- Implement agile methodologies for sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational shift work
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience documenting requirements for financial systems or CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional written communication for night shift documentation
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking
