Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems during weekend cycles
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
