Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define business requirements and technical specifications for weekend support and maintenance.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks on weekends to ensure system integrity.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reporting for leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert during system testing and deployment phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
