Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proactively troubleshoot network, security, and system issues across global enterprise environments
- Execute scheduled system patches, updates, and backups with zero downtime
- Collaborate with global IT teams using Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and threat detection systems
- Support 24/7 business operations with rapid response SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT systems administration (Windows/Linux)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to work autonomously during night shift hours
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
