Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and implementation
- Monitor KPIs and create performance dashboards using Power BI/SQL
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless user adoption of new features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven ability to document complex requirements in JIRA
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
