Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, mapping current state workflows and designing future state improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and wireframes using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
