Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and document business processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solutions against business requirements and KPIs
- Document test cases and support UAT activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
