Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend strategic improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and development teams
- Lead UAT cycles and validate solution effectiveness against business goals
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on business value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) required
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
