Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data Modeling: Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio and JIRA.
- Testing & QA: Design and execute test plans to ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system requirements, functional specifications, and change logs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex business problems.
