Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit and validate requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or tech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and process re-engineering
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
