Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night shifts
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for global employees and clients
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Manage cybersecurity incident response protocols
- Train junior technicians on night shift procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and AWS/Azure environments
- Strong experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-call rotations
- Preferred: CISSP certification or bachelor's in IT/Cybersecurity
