Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications using UML diagrams and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions across finance, operations, and IT departments
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI to track project success metrics
- Lead JIRA sprint planning ceremonies and prioritize backlogs based on ROI analysis
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Document business processes and create comprehensive test plans
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize SQL queries for reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS implementation projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel VBA, and Power BI
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare domain
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
