Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, data models, and workflow diagrams.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with IT development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate current systems against industry best practices.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
