Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of business requirements and operational workflows to identify efficiency gaps.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams during the sprint cycle to ensure deliverable quality.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
