Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs for weekend operations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication of complex data insights.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions before deployment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting weekend workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working in a weekend shift or rotating schedule environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
