Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops and create detailed business process documentation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and gap analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
