Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for weekend operational projects.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data models, process maps, and flowcharts to visualize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and KPIs.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure team alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks within the weekend workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
