Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for weekend and operational projects.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to define scope and deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions during off-peak hours.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and UAT plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific preference for candidates familiar with shift work or weekend schedules.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites if required.
