Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and wireframes to support system development.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and management clearly and concisely.
- Assist in the testing, training, and implementation of new software solutions and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (varied shifts, 6 PM - 6 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
