Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document requirements for new projects
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to leadership teams
- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Test and validate system changes to ensure business requirements are fully met
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress toward strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience documenting business requirements using UML, flowcharts, or wireframes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining productivity
