Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and system requirements documents (SRS) using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to compare current business processes against defined requirements and propose solutions for alignment.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and technical teams to design test scenarios and validate that implemented solutions meet business needs.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports and dashboards to leadership to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel), and requirements management tools (JIRA, Agile).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work on weekends (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard work schedule.
