Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological, economic, and societal shifts through quantitative research and qualitative trend analysis
- Design and execute strategic innovation frameworks for clients preparing for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof business models and digital transformation strategies
- Produce scenario-planning reports and executive briefings using data visualization and storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-level audiences
- Expertise in AI/ML impact assessment, climate adaptation strategies, and disruptive technology adoption curves
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, custom modeling)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, conferences)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends post-2025
