Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI against strategic goals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, talks)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
