Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing strategies and systemic risk mitigation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that materialized within 5 years
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related methodologies
