- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope
- Develop data models and reports using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira backlogs
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Advanced SQL skills and data modeling experience
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
