Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative data and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advocate ethical foresight practices in high-stakes transformation initiatives
- Curate and lead global futurist networks with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ technological trajectories (AGI, climate adaptation, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
