- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and communicate ROI of future-focused initiatives through KPI development
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through visionary strategy execution
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
